Need to check when a guest checked in or out? The Status Change Log shows every reservation status change with time stamps and staff names.
Quick Steps to View It
- Go to Reservations Section.
- Select a reservation.
- In the Details Panel (lower right), click Status Change Log.
You'll see:
- Date Time: Time of each change
- From: Previous status
- To: New status
- User: Staff member who made the change
How to Use This Information
- Verify check-in/check-out times for billing inquiries
- Identify which staff processed specific reservations
- Resolve disputes with accurate time records
- Train new staff by reviewing proper procedures
Example: Guest questions their check-out time.
Check the Status Change Log → Confirm exact check-out time → See which staff processed it → Resolve billing inquiry.
