The HMS Pal is a new feature for Bistone HMS. It automatically syncs your local hotel data to a secure cloud server. As a hotel manager, you can then access a real time dashboard from any device with a web browser, without needing to open the HMS software on your local computer. This gives you instant visibility of key operations from anywhere.
What Data Can You View on the Cloud Page?
After the sync is enabled, the cloud dashboard provides the following information:
- Monthly Room Occupancy - Shows total number of rooms and number of occupied rooms for each day of the current month. Click on any date to view all reservations for that specific day.
- Today's Arrivals - Complete list of guests expected to check in today.
- Today's Departures - Complete list of guests scheduled to check out today.
- Dirty Rooms - Rooms that are marked as dirty and need housekeeping.
- In House Guests - All guests currently checked in, with room numbers and stay details.
