Please follow the steps below to upgrade your standalone database:
- First, try the online database upgrade feature within the software. This often resolves the issue automatically.
- If the upgrade is unsuccessful, please back up your current database, compress the file (e.g., into a ZIP file), and email it to us at support@bistonesoft.com. We will perform the upgrade for you.
- If you are unable to back up the database, simply let us know, and our technical team will assist you in extracting the database securely.
