Why can't I log in even with correct password?

For Standalone or Network Version

I am using the Trial Version.
This indicates that your trial version has expired. Purchase a license to log in normally and continue using your trial data.
I have purchased a license.
  • For a fresh installation of the licensed version, online registration is required before the first login.
  • If you restore a trial database backup or an unregistered backup, re-registration is required.
  • If the hotel name has been modified in Settings (including changes in capitalization), re-registration is required.
    If you need to change the hotel name in the license, please contact us.

For Cloud Version (Web or Desktop Client)

Your Subscription Needs Renewal.
Renew your subscription to restore normal login and continue using your cloud data.

Forgotten Your Password

For Standalone/Network Version:
Email support with your proof of purchase (purchase email, Transaction ID, or Order Number).

For Cloud Version:
Email support with your Client ID.
