How to Manage All Guests in a Reservation, Not Just the Main Guest?

You can enable a feature to manage a detailed guest list for each reservation. This allows you to add, edit, or remove all shared guests, not just the main guest.

Steps to Enable and Use the Guest List Feature:

  1. Enable the Feature:
    • Go to Settings -> Advanced.
    • Find and check the option: Guest List In Reservation -> Enable Guest List to manage all guests in a reservation.
    • Save the Settings.
  2. Manage Guests in a Reservation:
    • Open the Reservations section.
    • Create a new reservation or select an existing one.
    • You will now see a Guest List tab within the reservation details.
    • Click on it to add, edit, delete, or print the registration cards for all guests in that reservation.
  3. View All In-House Guests (Bonus Tip):
    • To see a consolidated list of all guests staying on a specific date, navigate to the In House Guest section.
    • This provides a clear overview of all current guests across all reservations.
