How to Enable and Use Table Management in Bistone HMS?

To use the table-based Point of Sale (POS), simply change one setting. The system will then switch to a visual table management interface.

Follow these steps:

  1. Enable Table POS Mode:
    Go to Settings -> POS. Find the "POS Type" setting and change it to "Table POS". Save the settings.
  2. Configure Your Tables:
    After enabling, a new "Restaurant Management" module will appear. Inside it, use the "Tables" function to add and set up your restaurant's tables (table numbers, seats, etc.). The "Table Report" provides sales summaries.
  3. Operate with Tables:
    The main POS screen will now show a live view of all table statuses. You can:
    • Click a table to take orders and print bills.
    • Merge orders or transfer guests to another table.

Note: This feature is available in the Bistone HMS +Restaurant Version.
